• Arrange necessary repairs during the term of the tenancy to ensure that the property is maintained.

• Pay regular outgoings pertaining to the property on behalf of the landloard. (i.e Water rates where applicable, service charges, and insurance etc) from rent received.

• Liaise between Landlord, Tenant and inventory clerk (where applicable) and deal with any dilapidation's and return of deposit.

• Ensure that the property is clean and well presented at the end of each tenancy, ready for re-marketing if required.
